When were you born, what is your birthstone and what does it say about you?

I was born in March and my birthstone is Aquamarine (although some March celebrants say theirs is Bloodstone). Aquamarine is blue-green in color, much like the sea.

According to ezinearticles.com, Aquamarine has been linked to the making of new friends as well as affection and love, hope and health. This stone was once also thought to protect those at sea. I guess that’s why it’s color is pretty much like the sea. Well, I must say I’m a very loving and affectionate person so I guess I somehow reflect the quality of my birthstone. happy

    I always say mine is Aquamarine too, but I'll have to look up bloodstone in my hubby's crystal encyclopedia to see what the differences are...
